Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order details.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food, grocery, spices, pulses, dry fruits, cold-pressed oils, and herbal products, we generally do not accept returns after delivery unless:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is defective.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The package was tampered with during transit.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
- The product should remain unused and in its original packaging wherever applicable.
Refund Process
- Once the claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Delivery delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery.
